Join The Pfister Hotel and Boswell Books as we welcome world-renowned German food expert and author, Luisa Weiss, for a Cookbook Author Dinner. Luisa's new book,
Classic German Cooking, is a collection of more than 100 of the best, most emblematic recipes of German and Austrian home cooks. Our Corporate Chef, Mark Weber (also of German descent), will be cooking select recipes from the book for a special tasting while Luisa speaks on both historical insights of German cooking and her own personal stories.
Tickets are $95 per person
