Wunderbar: German Dishes & Stories with Cookbook Author Luisa Weiss

Join The Pfister Hotel and Boswell Books as we welcome world-renowned German food expert and author, Luisa Weiss, for a Cookbook Author Dinner. Luisa's new book, Classic German Cooking, is a collection of more than 100 of the best, most emblematic recipes of German and Austrian home cooks. Our Corporate Chef, Mark Weber (also of German descent), will be cooking select recipes from the book for a special tasting while Luisa speaks on both historical insights of German cooking and her own personal stories.

Tickets are $95 per person (plus tax and service charge.) Tickets include a copy of Classic German Cooking, and a special tasting of select recipes from the book. Luisa will also be signing book copies for all attendees.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Luisa Weiss is an Italian and American food writer based in Berlin, Germany. She is the creator of The Wednesday Chef blog and author of the critically acclaimed memoir, My Berlin Kitchen, and baking book, Classic German Baking. She grew up in Berlin and Boston and graduated from Tufts University with degrees in English and French literature. She spent a decade working in book publishing in New York and was Harper BAZAAR Germany's food columnist for four years.
