Neil is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and a Jazz Studies Instructor for Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra. In 2012 he co-founded West End Conservatory, an urban community music school on Milwaukee’s west side that brought music to the surrounding neighborhood for eight years.
